Facilities

• Our clean and comfortable dormer style bedrooms accommodate from two to twelve people, although we do welcome larger groups. All bedding is supplied so just bring a towel. We do have 3 en-suite rooms which cost a little more.
• There are no hidden extras – all electricity and showering facilities are included.
• We also offer a free light breakfast which includes tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereals and toast.
• We appreciate that eating out every night isn’t for everybody so you will have access to the kitchen between 8:30am and 9pm allowing you to cater for yourselves if you wish. All of the equipment is there for your use.
• The communal area is a great place for you to get together and relax, watch TV and listen to music.
• We regularly have barbecues in the garden giving you a great opportunity to socialise!!! Please ask for more information.
• We have a secure storage area for you to keep your surfboards and wetsuits safe free of charge.
• You will have access to drying facilities. What Else?
• There are no curfews so you can enjoy Newquay's amazing nightlife to the full.
• Our central location is only a two minute walk from the town centre, where you will find the pubs, clubs, surf shops, supermarket and take-aways.
• We are just a stones throw from three great surf beaches - Towan, Great Western and Tolcarne.
• Fistral Beach is just 15 minutes walk.
• We are less than a five minute walk from the train and coach station
